We ask that you check with other residents in your household to make sure they do not have your package in their possession, also with your neighbors.
Additionally, check with your mail carrier as they would have to scan it before placing it in your mailbox (or locker in this case).

After checking tracking, please file a claim with USPS.
After exhausting a claim or missing package with USPS and after the case is resolved, you can send an email to email@example.com to request a replacement order.
