    I’ve called every day for a week now and still haven’t heard back from this company? I ordered the free earrings and was only to be charged shipping, but I have been charged for multiple things on my credit card statement with a subscription on top of it and have never received anything!!

    I need to cancel my orders all because I thought it was only shipping and handling but after I gave my bank information the total was over $100 you were taking from my checking. I was misinformed and want all orders to be canceled and do not take any money from my bank. You gave fauce info and I tried to cancel as soon as I ordered but your site did not have cancel option anywhere. I’ve been on this link for over an hour now trying to cancel everything

    PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY. When I REORDERED, FOR THE SECOND TIME, I didn't think that I was going to have to repay AGAIN for the SECOND TIME, especially when the earrings are advertised as FREE!
    Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with your company again!

    PLEASE TAKE ME OFF ANY LISTS YOU HAVE. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
    You have beautiful items but I think it's ridiculous and unfair to charge a customer twice for the same order, which I NEVER RECEIVED!

    Hi...I feel like I was mislead, i was not aware this was a subscription, if I have to cancel my order to cancel the subscription then please cancel it all...I'm on a fixed incomeandcant afford a monthly subscription fee.
